One of the most thrilling experiences on this planet is white water rafting on the Zambezi River. If you had a bad month at the office, the sunny weather of this place along with enchanting scenery of Africa will set your spirits up once again.
The White Water Rafting
The Zambezi River is the largest commercial white water of the world. Its powerful moves have engraved the meandering Batoka Gorge and the magnificent Victoria Falls, crafting the exact rafting environment.
There is a water thundering of about 550 000 cubic metres over the Victoria Falls per minute. The impressive white water underneath the Victoria Falls is caused by this water thundering.
The Zambezi River is categorized as a Grade 5 river and thus possesses features like, long and fierce rapids, large drops, steep gradients and pressure areas, making the voyage even more attractive.
The Absorbing Week
Along with the spectacular journey through the base of the Victoria Falls, you will experience numerous other exciting stuffs all through the seven days of the tour.
While your days will be decked out by breathtaking rapids such as ‘Oblivion’, the nights will be equally remarkable as you will enjoy a drink on the white-sand beaches listening to the melody of untamed Africa.
A full action packed week is waiting for you, go and enjoy.
